Fill out the contact form below with your preferred service and available dates. We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize your booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session time.
Mixing typically takes 5–7 business days per song, and mastering takes 2–3 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. We'll provide a detailed timeline after reviewing your project.
Yes! If you've already recorded your tracks elsewhere, you can send us your stems via WeTransfer or Dropbox. We'll handle the mix and master remotely, with real-time communication and revision rounds included.
After booking, we start with a consultation to understand your vision, influences, and aesthetic goals. Rio will present two initial design concepts, and you can request up to three rounds of revisions. Final files are delivered in high resolution for all streaming platforms and physical media.
Absolutely. We encourage artists to be present for the initial mix session if they're local. This helps us capture your vision in real time. If you're remote, we can schedule a live video call during the mix for your input.
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Payment plans are available for full production packages — just ask.
